In silver gilt, a white enamelled star with ball finials, with seven smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion an enamelled depiction of a ship with multiple sails, a green palm tree, and teal waters, surrounded by a light blue enamel ring inscribed THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE, the reverse medallion presents two figures kneeling at a cross in silver gilt, surrounded by a green and red enamelled laurel
